Here are some fun items I received for Christmas. As I was recycling wrapping paper and trying to get Zianne's toys organized in the holiday aftermath, I started to consider the minimalist gift-giving approach. "What if we did one nice gift and then served lunch at a homeless shelter each year?" I'm still really drawn to that idea, but I also cannot overlook the generosity of my dear family who gave me all the awesome gifts below. I am sharing them here, just in case you want to copy. I love being fake adult twins. Also, please note that my tastes border young and old at the same time. On the one hand, "Hey, I'm so hip! Look at me in my leather leggings!" On the other hand, I'm like, "This wife will never iron again thanks to my new steamer!"
Minnetonka Booties - And this is why Micah thinks I'm a hipster...
Faux Leather Leggings - Why am I so excited about these?
Clarisonic Mia 2 - Because my skin isn't as young as my leggings would suggest...
Blanket scarf - To be worn approximately two months out of the year in Arizona...
Portable Fabric Steamer - Because Micah and I both neglect the ironing and everything wrinkled either gets stuffed back into the closet or taken to the dry cleaners...
*Still on my list... ESV Journaling Bible
