A sneak peak of a bulletin board I need to finish for our kitchen...
It's spring break and I am trying to keep a healthy balance of rest and productivity. If you know me, you know I like lists of goals. I like to write out what I intend to do in a set amount of time, whether it be daily or weekly or get-this-ish-done-in-the-next-30-minutes goals. But my favorite goals to make are goals for my breaks from school. You can read last year's summer and Christmas break goals if you want.
So even though it's a short little vacation this week, and, in all honestly, I should really work on school stuff as much as I can, since it's going to be CRAZY for the last five weeks of the semester when we go back next week, here is a list of some fun projects I hope to get done over these next few days...
Spray paint our file cabinet... it's been waiting patiently for a makeover since Labor Day Weekend!
Finish Micah's last birthday gift {he has no idea I have something else for him...}
Finish bulletin board for kitchen
Get church e-mail up and running
Make snickerdoodles
Visit Heather!
And the boring stuff...
Respond to all student drafts
Plan/start seminar papers
Clean the whole house for our BBQ next weekend
We'll see how I do...
I am hoping today is my super productive day where I knock at least half these items off my list!

gahhh I wish I had a spring break! cant wait to see your crafty crafts!
I'm surprised you don't have a dentist appt or something on that list. I love how people think teaching is so easy because of all the "breaks." :)
I'm like that too! Next thing you know you'll be glad to head back to school for a break! haha.
oh I so look forward to that "time off" to get the extra stuff done that needs done! hope you get it all done :)
Ok how did I not know you are a teacher? I feel like saying DUH right now..but I wont! Oh wait... :)
Happy Spring Break!
