My blog is a mishmash of everything from Jac & Elsie, jewelry and pretty things, to more personal topics like friendship or my brother, who has autism.
My shop, Jac & Elsie, is a sweet, whimsical shop for embracing the inner child. My best-selling items are my adult friendship sets -- especially the rock/paper/scissors sets and the cutlery sets -- but I also sell items to raise money for Autism Speaks, the Geena Davis Institute for Gender in Media and Cancer Services. I have the most fun, however, with upcycled pieces -- pulling apart vintage necklaces and earrings and making them new and fabulous.
What is one goal you have for 2012? Believe it or not, I've actually not thought of this too much. I'm not one for resolutions on new year's. I figure, "If you want to change something about yourself, why wait until Jan. 1 to do so?" I've been dying to get on the front page of Etsy since I opened shop. That was a goal I had in 2011, and I suppose it's carrying over into 2012, too!
